This home will be sold at auction on 8/13/22 @10am. Buyer may use a loan to purchase the home. The loan and the appraisal will not be contingencies of the sale. Buyer must close within 30 days. Buyer will be required to pay a deposit of 5% earnest money the day of the auction, and non-refundable. The buyer will pay a 5% buyer’s auction premium to Musick Auction at closing. Seller will provide the buyer with title insurance and ½ of closing escrow fees. All real estate agents must register their buyers by 10am the day before the auction. To register your buyers please email your name and your buyers name to offers@junipercooper.com. You only need to email your name and buyer’s name to this in order to register.
